Weekends, whenever. I also do that Big Hair Wednesday show (oddly enough, it's on Wednesday...from noon to 1pm). As my "day job," I also write & produce commercials for the sales department about patio rooms, horse feed, foam insulation, naughty video stores, etc. I'm also a proud pet owner. I have two big cats that were both about four years old when I adopted them. If you are considering a pet, please also consider adult animals. I've never owned a dog, but in the case with cats, they are already litterbox trained and have developed personalities (so you can figure out if you'd be compatible or not). Please adopt from a shelter and give a dog or cat a shot at having a nice, full life of love. Here is a link to a terrific local no-kill shelter for felines: The Scratching Post. Bio
I started out working part-time for (then) Jacor Communications in January 1994 and did my first WEBN promotions gig in May 1995...started driving around in the 'EBN van, pulling over at gas stations and fast food restaurants and handing out stickers to the masses. In the fall of that same year, the boss decided to put me on the air, probably out of desperation, but 14+ years later, I'm still here... When I was in the 5th or 6th grade, I had my own WEBN club because I was the only rocker girl in my school. There were a few other boys that wanted to join and I put them through an exclusive initiation process where they had to pass difficult written tests about rock 'n roll and jump over balance beams with their shoestrings tied together 'n stuff. If you were one of those boys, I'm sorry.

And now for something completely different...some big hair news from blabbermouth.net:
Multi-platinum rockers TESLA are looking well into the future with their seventh studio album, "Forever More", set for release October 7 on Tesla Electric Company Recordings (in partnership with Ryko Distribution). The band's world tour will kick off October 1 in Salt Lake City with more dates announced in the coming weeks. Vocalist Joe Lynn Turner (DEEP PURPLE, RAINBOW, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN), bassist Phil Soussan (OZZY OSBOURNE), guitarist Carlos Cavazo (QUIET RIOT) and drummer Simon Wright (AC/DC) will bring their band BIG NOIZE to Iraq and Kuwait in September. This rock and roll invasion is designed to increase morale and solidify the united force that bonds most all human beings around the world: Music!
Turner, who has his first live solo CD coming out in October on Frontiers Records, is enthusiastic about performing for and meeting with the brave men and women from all countries who put their lives on the line every day. The set list is a explosion of anthems that topped rock and pop charts includes: "Crazy Train" (OZZY OSBOURNE), "Smoke On The Water" (DEEP PURPLE), "Cum On Feel The Noize" (QUIET RIOT), "Stone Cold" (RAINBOW) and more.
Tour dates: September 5 - Kuwait 7, 8, 10 and 11 – Iraq POISON, have just released Poison: Live, Raw & Uncut, available exclusively at Best Buy, and it debuted at #8 on Billboard's Top Music Video Chart. Bret Michaels didn't end up finding love on Rock of Love or Rock of Love 2, but he hasn't given up yet – he's just changing venues. VH-1 announced today that Bret Michaels will be searching for that perfect girl one more time, but with a twist – he'll travel the country to do so. Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels will premiere on VH1 in early 2009. The format will remain similar to the first two seasons of Rock of Love, but instead of a mansion full of women, it'll be a tour bus full of women vying for Bret's affection. The series will film over the course of a month-long cross country tour for Michaels, at the end of which he hopes to find that lucky lady. Maybe the third time's a charm.
